Privacy Policy for Car Identifier: Veyu

YF Apps, LLC ("we", "us", "our") operates the Car Identifier: Veyu mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use and share it, and the choices you have. By using the App you agree to this Privacy Policy.
INFORMATION WE COLLECT
1.1. Photos you submit: When you identify or modify a car, the photo you take or choose is sent to our service providers so the result can be generated. We do not access your photo library beyond the photos you select, and we only save images to your library when you choose to save them.
1.2. Identification results and history: Identification results (such as make, model, year and related details), timestamps and your modification history are stored on your device. To operate and improve the service, identification events are also logged to our cloud database.
1.3. Account and Garage information: If you sign in with Apple to use the Garage community features, we receive an Apple user identifier and, if you choose to share them, your name and email address (which may be an Apple private relay address). We also create a username and friend code for your Garage profile.
1.4. Content you publish: Images, captions and profile details that you choose to publish to the Garage are visible to other users as described in the App. Where the App offers it, you can publish anonymously.
1.5. Purchase information: Subscriptions are processed by Apple. We receive your subscription status through our purchase provider, but we never receive or store your payment card details.
1.6. Usage and device data: We collect app usage events, screen views, crash and diagnostic information, device type, operating system version and an anonymous app instance identifier through analytics tools.
1.7. What we do not collect: The App does not request access to your location, contacts or microphone, and does not track you across other companies' apps and websites.
2. HOW WE USE INFORMATION
We use the information above to identify vehicles and generate modified vehicle images, to provide Garage and sharing features, to manage subscriptions and free usage limits, to keep the service secure and prevent abuse, to understand how the App is used, to fix problems and improve the App, and to respond to your requests.
3. SERVICE PROVIDERS AND SHARING
We share information only as needed to run the App:
3.1. AI processing providers: Photos and prompts you submit are sent to third-party AI service providers that process them to return identification results and generated images.
3.2. Google Firebase: We use Firebase for authentication, database, file storage, analytics and remote configuration.
3.3. Apple: Sign in with Apple and App Store purchases are handled by Apple under Apple's own privacy practices.
3.4. Superwall: We use Superwall to display paywalls and to determine subscription status.
3.5. Other users: Content you choose to publish to the Garage is visible to other users of the App.
3.6. Legal and safety: We may disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights, safety and security of our users and the App.
We do not sell your personal information.
4. DATA RETENTION AND DELETION
We keep information for as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations. Data stored on your device is removed when you delete the App. You may ask us to delete your account information, Garage posts and associated data at any time by emailing thinkfujiapps@gmail.com from the address associated with your account, and we will respond promptly.
5. YOUR CHOICES AND RIGHTS
You can decline camera or photo permissions in iOS Settings, although some features will not work. You can sign out, unpublish your Garage content where the App allows, and cancel your subscription in your Apple ID settings. Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or obtain a copy of your personal information, or to object to certain processing. 6. SECURITY
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures, including encryption in transit, to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY
The App is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.
8. INTERNATIONAL USERS
We are based in the United States, and information may be processed in the United States and other countries where our service providers operate, which may have different data protection laws than your country.
9. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page with a new "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated policy.
